About the Founders
Gavin Poulin
Gavin Poulin is a fourth-generation jeweler, a West Point graduate, and former U.S. Army Captain. His leadership experience - spanning military command and multi-generation jewelry retail - shaped Eternum’s core belief: when people are given clear goals, recognition, and accountability, performance follows. Eternum was created to bring that level of clarity and leadership structure to jewelry stores everywhere.

Sue Sanborn-Poulin, co-founder of Eternum, is the owner of Sanborn’s Jewelers and a respected leader in the jewelry industry with over 40 years of experience. Deeply connected across independent and multi-store jewelry nationwide, Sue brings unmatched industry insight, operational expertise, and credibility. Her involvement ensures Eternum is grounded in real-world jewelry retail needs - not theory.
